Leadgen GDPR ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Yönetmeliği (GDPR) ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) uyarınca, Leadgen olarak kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğine ve gizliliğine en yüksek önemi veriyoruz. Bu metin, Leadgen mobil uygulaması ve web platformu (https://useleadgen.io) aracılığıyla toplanan verilerin nasıl işlendiğini açıklamaktadır.

2. İşlenen Veriler ve Hukuki Sebepler

Kişisel verileriniz (Ad, E-posta, Telefon Numarası, Kullanıcı Kimliği, Cihaz Bilgileri), GDPR Madde 6(1)(b) (sözleşmenin ifası) ve Madde 6(1)(f) (meşru menfaatlerimiz) kapsamında aşağıdaki amaçlarla işlenmektedir:

• CRM ve mobil uygulama hizmetlerimizin kesintisiz sunulması,
• Güvenlik açıklarının ve uygulama hatalarının (crash) tespit edilmesi,
• Müşteri iletişimi ve destek hizmetlerinin sağlanması.

3. Veri Paylaşımı ve Üçüncü Taraflar

Hizmetlerimizi sunabilmek için verilerinizi yalnızca güvenilir altyapı sağlayıcılarıyla paylaşıyoruz:

• Google (Firebase): Uygulama performansı analizi ve anlık bildirimler.

• Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger): İletişim entegrasyonlarının sağlanması.

4. Veri Saklama Süresi

Kişisel verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece veya yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek için gerekli olan süre boyunca saklanır. Hesap silindiğinde, yasal olarak tutulması zorunlu olmayan tüm veriler kalıcı olarak silinir veya anonim hale getirilir.

5. GDPR ve KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

Kullanıcılar olarak şu haklara sahipsiniz:

• Verilerinize erişme ve bilgi alma hakkı,
• Yanlış veya eksik verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme hakkı,
• "Unutulma Hakkı" (Verilerin silinmesini talep etme),
• Veri işleme faaliyetine itiraz etme veya kısıtlama hakkı,
• Veri taşınabilirliği hakkı.

6. Veri Silme ve Hakların Kullanımı (Unutulma Hakkı)

Hesabınızı ve size ait tüm kişisel verileri sistemlerimizden kalıcı olarak silmek için:

• app.useleadgen.io adresinden hesabınıza giriş yapın.
• Ayarlar (Settings) > Genel (General) sekmesine gidin.
• Sayfanın altındaki "Hesabı Sil" butonuna tıklayın.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Leadgen is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This notice explains how we collect, use, and process your personal data when you use the Leadgen mobile application and our web platform (https://useleadgen.io).

2. Data We Collect and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data (Name, Email, Phone Number, User ID, Device/Log Data) under the following lawful bases defined in GDPR Article 6:

• Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)): To provide you with our CRM services and allow you to access the App.

• Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): To improve our services, analyze App performance, and ensure security.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Sub-Processors

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted third-party services necessary for our operations:

• Google (Firebase): For analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.

• Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger): For providing unified inbox and communication integrations.

4. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), such as the United States (where Google/Meta servers may be located). We ensure that appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), are in place to protect your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the services. Once an account is deleted, we securely erase or anonymize your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. Your GDPR Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request the deletion of your data.
• Restrict or Object to our processing of your data.
• Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

7. How to Exercise Your Rights (Data Deletion)

To exercise your Right to be Forgotten and delete your account:

• Log in to your account via app.useleadgen.io.
• Navigate to Settings > General.
• Scroll to the bottom and click the "Delete Account" button.
