Leadgen ("Geliştirici", "Biz" veya "Bize"), Leadgen mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") Ticari/B2B (İşletmeden İşletmeye) bir hizmet olarak sunmaktadır. Bu hizmet Leadgen tarafından sağlanmakta olup, olduğu gibi kullanılması amaçlanmıştır.
Bu sayfa, Uygulamamızı kullanan ziyaretçileri, Kişisel Bilgilerin toplanması, kullanılması ve ifşa edilmesiyle ilgili politikalarımız hakkında bilgilendirmek amacıyla kullanılmaktadır.
1. Bilgi Toplama ve Kullanım
Uygulamamız, web tabanlı CRM sistemimiz (https://useleadgen.io) ile entegre çalışmaktadır. Uygulamaya giriş yapabilmek için kullanıcıların web platformu üzerinden önceden oluşturulmuş hesapları olması gerekmektedir. Uygulama içinde hesap oluşturulamaz.
Hizmetimizi kullanırken, size daha iyi bir deneyim sunmak amacıyla aşağıdaki bilgileri toplayabilir veya işleyebiliriz:
- Kişisel ve İletişim Bilgileri: Ad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası ve kullanıcı kimlikleri (User ID).
- CRM ve İletişim Verileri: İşletmenizin Meta servisleri (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger) üzerinden yaptığı müşteri yazışmaları, anlaşma (deal) bilgileri ve Leadgen CRM üzerindeki diğer operasyonel veriler.
2. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmet Sağlayıcılar
Uygulama, kendi hizmetlerini kolaylaştırmak, analiz etmek ve iletişim süreçlerini yönetmek için üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanmaktadır. Bu hizmetlerin kendi gizlilik politikaları bulunmaktadır:
- Firebase (Google): Uygulama performansını ölçmek, hataları (crash logs) tespit etmek ve anlık bildirimler (push notifications) göndermek için kullanılır.
- Meta (Facebook): WhatsApp, Instagram ve Messenger entegrasyonları aracılığıyla müşteri iletişim süreçlerinin tek ekrandan yönetilmesi için kullanılır.
3. Günlük Verileri (Log Data)
Uygulamada bir hata (crash) meydana geldiğinde, telefonunuzdan (üçüncü taraf ürünler aracılığıyla) Günlük Verileri (Log Data) adı verilen verileri topladığımızı bildirmek isteriz. Bu veriler; cihazınızın İnternet Protokolü ("IP") adresi, cihaz adı, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulamanın yapılandırması ve kullanım saati gibi bilgileri içerebilir.
4. Veri Saklama ve Veri Silme Talebi (Data Deletion)
Kullanıcılar, kişisel verilerinin ve hesaplarının silinmesini talep etme hakkına sahiptir. Google Play veri güvenliği politikaları gereğince, hesabınızı ve bağlı verilerinizi silmek için aşağıdaki adımları izleyebilirsiniz:
- Tarayıcınızdan app.useleadgen.io adresine gidin ve hesabınıza giriş yapın.
- Ayarlar (Settings) menüsüne tıklayın.
- Genel (General) sekmesini açın.
- Sayfanın en alt kısmında bulunan "Hesabı Sil" (Delete Account) butonuna tıklayarak hesap silme işleminizi tamamlayabilirsiniz.

Leadgen ("Developer", "We", or "Us") provides the Leadgen mobile application (the "App") as a Commercial/B2B service. This SERVICE is provided by Leadgen and is intended for use as is.

Our App works integrated with our web-based CRM system (https://useleadgen.io). To log into the App, users must have pre-created accounts via the web platform. Account creation is not permitted within the App.
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide or process certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
- Personal and Contact Info: Name, email address, phone number, and User IDs.
- CRM and Communication Data: Customer communications made through Meta services (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), deal information, and other operational data hosted on Leadgen CRM.

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, facilitate our Service, or analyze how our Service is used:
- Firebase (Google): Used for performance monitoring, crash reporting (crash logs), and push notifications.
- Meta (Facebook): Used for managing customer communication processes through WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger integrations from a single inbox.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the App, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, and the time and date of your use.
4. Data Retention and Data Deletion Policy
Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data and accounts. In compliance with Google Play's Data Safety policies, you can delete your account and associated data by following these steps:
- Go to app.useleadgen.io on your web browser and log into your account.
- Click on the Settings menu.
- Open the General tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the "Delete Account" button to complete the account deletion process.
